The BEYOND Project well represented at WCRI 2024
The BEYOND Project was well represented at WCRI 2024 in Athens, Greece with project members taking part as speakers in plenaries, in symposiums as well as holding oral and poster presentations. The Congress took place on 3rd-5th June. The project members, who took part at the congress had also a chance to meet at a get-together on Tuesday 4th of June.
Signe Mežinska and Eliza Lasmane from University of Latvia presented results on the Public consultation on research ethics, integrity and misconduct in a poster presentation. Susanne van den Hooff presented a poster about an interoperable framework for qualitatively rich case study reporting and monitoring. Daniel Pizzolato. Anu Tammeleht and Erika Löfström presented a poster on a comparative study of national research ethics and research integrity surveys.
Alina Coman, Vivian Mbanya and Keziah Dash presented the poster “Emerging trends in how guidelines address research misconduct”. Daniel Pizzolato discussed BEYOND's first Policy Brief in the poster "The adverse impacts of research malpractice". Finally, Anni Sairio and Eero Kaila represented BEYOND project more generally in their poster presentation. Many of our projects’ members were involved in other presentations as well.
