Dr Anu Tammeleht is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Helsinki. She is also a research fellow in ethics and a methodologist/trainer of research ethics at the Centre for Ethics, University of Tartu, Estonia. She is a designer of research ethics and integrity training resources and a facilitator of trainings of different formats at higher education institutions in Estonia and at the University of Helsinki. Her research area involves development of ethics competencies and evaluating the effectiveness of research ethics and integrity training. She also contributes to developing the national research ethics and integrity system (Estonia) through national surveys, policy recommendations and presentations. She believes that a systems approach to research ethics and integrity would help develop the culture of integrity and enhance the quality of research overall. She contributes mainly to WP4, but also to WP1, 5, 6, 7.
