Carole Chapin has a background as a researcher and a teacher, with a PhD in comparative literature from the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris. After working for 6 years as an R&D officer and a consultant specialized in human resources strategies and working environment in Higher Education and Research, she is now a project manager at Ofis. Her main tasks include European and international representation, building of pedagogical and practical resources towards HER institutions (training tools, coordination and management tools) and participating to the national Research Integrity policy. In BEYOND, she is mainly involved in WP4 and WP7.
