Kairi is an experimental psychologist interested in cognitive processes at the behavioural and EEG level and their state dependency.  She has always been interested in methodological issues, and ways to increase the validity and reliability of research. Kairi is a research integrity counsellor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tartu.  In the Project she contributes to designing and testing interventions for changing QRPs.
