Valérie Gaudin

Valerie Gaudin is a senior researcher at INRAE, the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment, working on plant chromatin. She is one of the founding members of the European Workshop series on Plant Chromatin (EWPC), which has helped to build the scientific community in this research field since 2009. In addition to her scientific activity, she has a long-standing interest in research integrity, being a member of the INRAE committee on deontology and research integrity since 2014. She is one of the two research integrity advisors at INRAE and belongs to the French federation of the research integrity advisors (RESINT), which provides a forum for the sharing of best practice and the promotion of collective thinking on issues of research integrity. She is handling cases of alleged misconduct and questionable research practice and contributes to promote the values of research integrity at INRAE through a range of supports and activities.
